Q: What is your occupancy limit?
We can seat up to 175 guests inside the barn.  Our adjoining deck will seat another 75.  Tents may be setup on the large lawn in front of the barn for outdoor seating/larger parties.

Q: Do you cater?
We can provide catering for you, so that would be one less thing to worry about on your special day!

Q: Do you need an advanced payment to rent the barn?
Yes, an initial down payment is required at the time of reservation.  The amount will be calculated as a percentage of total package price.  Additional payments will be outlined in your contract.

Q: Can we bring our own alcoholic beverages in?
Sorry, carry-ins are not permitted. We have a full bar and will have a bartender on hand.

Q: Does the barn allow events during the week?
Yes. We have packages for weekday events.
 

Q: Can we have smaller events at the barn?

Yes. We can also host parties/gatherings for graduations, meetings, reunions, birthdays, bridal / baby showers for example.

 

Q: Do we pay wedding event pricing for non-wedding events?

No, we have package pricing available for non-wedding events.

Q: Do you have lawn games available? 
Yes we do!

Q: What about insects, or specifically, mosquitoes at night in the barn?
Being on the ridgetop, we RARELY have any mosquitos!
